Strategy Crate uses the information you provide to check compatibility, prepare and deliver your repair, and handle support or refunds.

What we store

Your email, product link, audience description, supplied product facts and questions, approved image links, exported theme schema and product template, order status, repair content, review notes and support requests. We store a hash of your private access token. The private link itself grants access, so keep it secure. We also store a keyed hash of the request address for rate limiting, without the raw address in that table.

Service providers

Stripe handles checkout and payment information. We store payment and session references, not card numbers. Vercel hosts the service; Neon provides the database. OpenAI processes the product facts, audience and image descriptions to help draft the repair. Our OpenAI Responses API requests disable saved response state. We omit your email and exported theme files from that model request. Image links are loaded from Shopify’s CDN when previewed.

Combined package

If you request package eligibility or purchase an available package, we also store your exported campaign HTML, subject, preheader, approved offer terms, eligibility, destination, and the component checks and artifacts. Pagework sends the campaign and shared approved facts to As Offered’s private service to check and repair the email and compare it with the final product section. As Offered uses its configured AI service for its source and offer checks. These requests do not send card details or private project access links. We keep acquisition parameters and sister-service referrals as separate order attributes.

Retention and access

Project records are retained to deliver the work, perform the recheck and handle support. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of project materials. Payment records may need to be retained separately. Do not submit personal customer records, credentials or confidential material.

Tracking and cookies

We record service events such as a compatible brief, opening checkout, verified payment, reviewed delivery, and refund. Acquisition parameters and service referrals are kept in browser session storage for this visit, then attached to a submitted brief. No advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers are installed in this first version. Stripe may use cookies in its hosted checkout.
